you will have to pay for Bracket (Tv and wall mount holder) If you have compatible bracket then they may not charge you anything, And for the stb tray, They can provide you with Reasonable cost.
Review of TV
Pros:
No lag: didn't see lag in any app or strugling to load any media (Every otts works fine)
Display: Display is good no lining created after heavy use (I set picture in high settings and run it for 16 hours continue)
Remote : Very responsive & Strong (Thin design, few buttons) that mic button, which is near power button has fast response (Built in Alexa)
Speakers : it has speakers at bottom ( no distortion after max it's Volumenot much
Internal storage : Yes, TV has actual internal storage, it is used to download Apps, no need extra pen drive for installing apps, even if you want to share downloaded movies you can use any sharing app (Compatible for tv).
Good Price range ( I bought it for ₹11500)
Cons:
Slow start : tv launches in simple mode (When no wifi connected) in 2sec(min), If you have connected it with WiFi then may take few more time (3-4 sec more)
Remote : Remote has few buttons (not bad, because it makes it slim & stylish)
No any shortcut button for YouTube (I watch YouTube most, so I thought it may be important)
